What qualifications and experience do you have?

I hold a BSc (Hons) Degree in Animal Behaviour & Welfare, along with a BTEC National Diploma in Animal Management and a BTEC First Diploma in Animal Care. I also have practical experience from working in pet shops, a zoo, and an aquarium, as well as years of caring for my own pets.


How do you ensure my pets are happy and safe during visits?

Each visit follows your pet’s established routine. I provide fresh food and water, clean enclosures or litter trays, enrichment, health monitoring, and regular photo updates. Your pets remain in the comfort of their own home, which reduces stress and maintains their wellbeing.
